For your convenience, we gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 45 days of delivery. Returns are refunded to the original payment method. You may obtain a return authorization using the Return Center.
You have two convenient options to exchange or return your product:
1. Happy Returns - Return Bar - Offering Same Day Drop off and Refund. This option is by far the easiest way to process an exchange or return. Start the return online, then take the item(s) to a Happy Returns Return Bar location near you. No return label or shipping box is necessary.

- Once processed at the return bar, your refund will be initiated immediately.

2. Print a Label, Package The item(s) & Return or Exchange by Mail: Start by visiting our Returns Center. You can either print a shipping label and drop off at a UPS location, or you can take your item(s) in to a Happy Returns Return Bar to have your refund initiated immediately. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed. A $6.95 per order return fee is charged to cover restocking and postage back to the Journee Collection warehouse. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.

Returns From Other Stores
Journee Collection products purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased. These returns are subject to the return policy of the selling retailer.
