- In the event that you wish to return or exchange your purchase, the customer is responsible to pay all costs to return the item due to item not fitting, change of mind, or incorrect ordering. Journee Collection will cover return shipping charged for damaged/defective items and incorrect shipments.

- To Return your order, please email us at email@example.com with your order number within 14 days of the arrival of your purchase and we will provide you with further return instructions. Your item must be unworn and in the original shoe box to qualify for a full refund. Once we approve your return, please be sure to fill out and include the Return Form that we send to you via email, with your return package.
- To Exchange your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and your requested exchange size and/or color. We will let you know if your requested exchange is in stock and provide you with further exchange instructions! Your item must be returned to us unworn and in the original shoe box. We will cover the shipping concessions for the exchange. Once we approve your exchange, please fill out the Return Form that we send to you via email and include it in your return shipment.
