Something just wasn't right? Don't sweat it!

We’ll gladly accept returns for unworn items within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

Happy Returns

Happy Returns is easy as pie…You can even choose your drop off location and leave the repackaging up to us!

1. Start your exchange or return online using your email address or order number with the link below... https://journeecollection.happyreturns.com/
2. Find the nearest drop off location at https://locations.happyreturns.com/ and take your return to the location that is the most convenient for you (We’ll handle the packaging!)
3. Once your return is processed at the counter, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment... Did we mention there are no return or exchange fees with Happy Returns?

Return to Us

1. Drop us a line at customercare@journeecollection.com or visit our digital returns center.
2. Our customer service team will reply with a return label for you to print at home.
3. Repackage your return and attach the return label.
4. Drop your return off at the nearest UPS center.
5. You can expect your refund within 7-14 days minus a shipping and restocking fee of $ 6.95.

Journee Collection shoes from other sites

As much as we love hearing from you, returns from other sites must be processed with the original site.

Returns from Other Stores

Journee Collection products purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased. These returns are subject to the return policy of the selling retailer.

Lost Packages

Journee Collection ships to the address entered and does not require a signature. We cannot guarantee the security of the delivery address. If the shipment shows delivered to the correct location, and the package is missing or stolen, Journee Collection shall not be held responsible. Customers may choose to ship to a local FedEx store for a more secure option. Please note that in the event of a lost or stolen package that shows delivered, Journee Collection will initiate a FedEx claim on behalf of the customer, however we cannot guarantee the claims outcome. Claims take 10-14 days to process.
