Order Tracking

Tracking details are sent via email once your order has been prepared for shipment. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been prepared for shipment. You can check the status of your order by with any of the methods below:

Option 1: Select the chat bubble with the question mark on our website. Select “track my order.” Enter your order number and email address.

Option 2. Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email in the tracking page.

Option 3. Viewing order status in your account if your order was placed using an existing account.
