We'd be happy to process an exchange or refund for unworn items within 30 days of the arrival date. (Shipping fees are non-refundable.)
Start your exchange or return online using the Happy Return portal below and follow the prompts. Happy Returns will email you a digital QR code for processing.
Find the nearest drop-off location in the Happy Returns portal and take your return to the location that is the most convenient for you. (We’ll handle the packaging!)
Once an associate at the counter scans your QR code, we'll issue a refund to the original form of payment or give you a gift card... Did we mention there are no return or exchange fees with a Happy Returns QR code? If you run into any hiccups along the way, please reach out to us!

Find the nearest UPS location and drop off the boxed return with the attached UPS label at your preferred location.

3. Repackage your return and attach the return label.
4. Drop your return off at the nearest UPS center.
5.You can expect your refund within 7-14 days minus a $6.95 shipping fee.
At this time we are unable to offer a free return option for our military customers. Although we are happy to accept your item for a return or exchange we do not currently offer a free return option for APO/FPO/DPO shipments. For further return instructions please contact us at email@example.com
Returns From Other Stores
Journee Collection products purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased. These returns are subject to the return policy of the selling retailer.
Journee Collection ships to the address entered and does not require a signature. We cannot guarantee the security of the delivery address. If the shipment shows delivered to the correct location, and the package is missing or stolen, Journee Collection shall not be held responsible. Customers may choose to ship to a local carrier store for a more secure option. Please note that in the event of a lost or stolen package that shows delivered, customers can file a claim with the carrier, however we cannot guarantee the claims outcome. Claims take 10-14 days to process.
