Returns & Exchanges
We'd be happy to process an exchange or refund for unworn items within 30 days of the arrival date. (Shipping fees, order protection, and clearance items are non-refundable.)
Holiday Policy: For orders placed between 11/1-12/24, we will accept returns and exchanges through 1/31.
No Printer or Box Returns
- Start your exchange or return online using the Redo portal below and follow the prompts. Redo will email you a digital QR code for processing. Start a return here.
- Find the nearest drop-off location in the Redo portal and take your return to the location that is the most convenient for you. We’ll handle the packaging. Start a return here.
- Once an associate at the counter scans your QR code, we'll issue a refund to the original form of payment. Contact us here if you run into any issues.
UPS Labeled Returns
- Start your exchange or return online using the Redo portal below. Redo will email you a printable return label. Package the return and tape the printed label on top. Start a return here.
- Find the nearest UPS location and drop off the boxed return with the attached UPS label at your preferred location. See instructions here.
- Once the carrier scans your printed label, we'll issue a refund to the original form of payment (minus a $9.95 shipping fee). Contact us here if you run into any issues.

Drop your return off at the nearest UPS center.
You can expect your refund within 7-14 days minus a $6.95 shipping fee.
Price Matching and Adjustments
Due to our rolling promotions and partner site policies, we are not able to offer price matching and adjustments at this time.
Returns From Other Stores
Journee Collection products purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased. These returns are subject to the return policy of the selling retailer.
Lost Packages
Journee Collection ships to the address entered and does not require a signature. We cannot guarantee the security of the delivery address. If the shipment shows delivered to the correct location, and the package is missing or stolen, Journee Collection shall not be held responsible. Customers may choose to ship to a local UPS store for a more secure option or purchase Package Protection. Please note that in the event of a lost or stolen package without Package Protection that shows delivered, Journee Collection will initiate a UPS claim on behalf of the customer, however we cannot guarantee the claims outcome. Claims take 10-14 days to process.
