Something just wasn't right? Don't sweat it!

We'd be happy to process an exchange or refund for unworn items within 30 days of the arrival date.
(Shipping fees are non-refundable.)

No Printer? No box? No problem… Get a QR Code below.

Step 1

Start your exchange or return online using the Happy Return portal below and follow the prompts. Happy Returns will email you a digital QR code for processing.

 

Step 2

Find the nearest drop-off location in the Happy Returns portal and take your return to the location that is the most convenient for you. (We’ll handle the packaging!)

 

Step 3

Once an associate at the counter scans your QR code, we'll issue a refund to the original form of payment... Did we mention there are no return or exchange fees with a Happy Returns QR code? If you run into any hiccups along the way, please reach out to us!

Prefer to return with UPS? Get a printable Happy Returns label below.

Step 1

Start your exchange or return online using the Happy Return portal below and follow the prompts. Happy Returns will email you a printable return label. Package the return and tape a printed label on top for processing.

Step 2

Find the nearest UPS location and drop off the boxed return with the attached UPS label at your preferred location.

 

Step 3

Once the carrier scans your printed label, we'll issue a refund to the original form of payment (minus a $6.95 shipping fee). If you run into any hiccups along the way, please reach out to us!

Unable to use Happy Returns? We can help.

1. Drop us a line at customercare@journeecollection.com or visit our digital returns center.  

2. Our customer service team will reply with a return label for you to print at home.  

3. Repackage your return and attach the return label.  

4. Drop your return off at the nearest UPS center.  

5.You can expect your refund within 7-14 days minus a $6.95 shipping fee.

 

Returns From Other Stores

Journee Collection products purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased. These returns are subject to the return policy of the selling retailer.

 

Lost Packages

Journee Collection ships to the address entered and does not require a signature. We cannot guarantee the security of the delivery address. If the shipment shows delivered to the correct location, and the package is missing or stolen, Journee Collection shall not be held responsible. Customers may choose to ship to a local carrier store for a more secure option. Please note that in the event of a lost or stolen package that shows delivered, customers can file a claim with the carrier, however we cannot guarantee the claims outcome. Claims take 10-14 days to process.
