Free shipping on orders with a $150 subtotal or higher. Free shipping automatically applied at checkout.

SHIPPING TIME

We know you have fabulous plans for your new shoes. That's why we do our best to process orders within 2-3 business days (except for holidays and weekends, of course.) With the free shipping option, your new shoes will show up on your doorstep within 3-10 business days (Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time). Shipping to US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and P.O. Box addresses can take approximately 45 days to arrive.

TRACKING

We ship via UPS Surepost, please monitor your tracking information as your package may be transferred to USPS for final delivery. If you have a PO Box please enter your ship to address as your PO Box address. Please note that your package may not be able to be delivered if you do not have a physical mailbox or parcel locker at your address. We don't authorize the use of freight forwarding companies

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping is only available to the 48 contiguous states. Orders placed Monday - Thursday before 12 pm MST will go out the following day. Weekend orders placed and weekday orders placed after 12 pm MST will be processed the within the next two business days. Shipping times once in transit are between 3-5 business days. Carrier and HQ holidays not included. See full list below. Expedited shipping is not available to P.O. boxes. Military addresses cannot be shipped via expedited shipping.

DELAYS

If for some reason your order is delayed during order processing, we will contact you via email or telephone. To track your shipment after your order has been confirmed please use the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that carrier delays are possible and we are unable to view any additional updates that are not mentioned by the carrier on your tracking link. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice any issues or need additional assistance.

LOST PACKAGES

Journee Collection ships to the address entered and does not require a signature. We cannot guarantee the security of the delivery address. If the shipment shows delivered to the correct location, and the package is missing or stolen, Journee Collection shall not be held responsible. Customers may choose to ship to a local UPS store for a more secure option or purchase Order Protection. Please note that in the event of a lost or stolen package without Order Protection that shows delivered, Journee Collection will initiate a UPS claim on behalf of the customer, however we cannot guarantee the claims outcome. Claims take 10-14 days to process.
