Wide is not Wide

"Super cute shoe! But…how is this “wide”? I double checked the box and the shoes to be sure I wasn’t sent the wrong pair. I ordered an 8W, toe box @ widest point is 3 1/8”, which is slimmer than my 8 Sam Edelman flats (non wide, notoriously narrow). Is this a marketing ploy or something? My foot is 3. 5” at widest point natural. Please be transparent with TOE BOX widths in size chart for wide shoppers. PSA Shoppers: these are a bendy/flexible shoe so it is doable, but not for any wider than my own foot. Heel is looser than the other flat styles."

"I ordered these shoes in size 8 when they finally came. They sent me a size 9 first of all their website is very hard to navigate no clear directions on how to return or where to return, no. Customer Service number. . Finally re-ordered and sent back and when the second pair came they were also a size 9 very disappointing this took all of three weeks back-and-forth. I would never order from this company again DSW has the same shoes online and I got them with no problem. Good luck."
