Returns & Exchanges

We build every pair to last—but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got you.

Returns/exchanges are free when Checkout Plus is used (includes the fee for package protection and free returns). Otherwise, there is a cost to return which will be at the customer's expense.
You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.
Use our prepaid label to send them back—no stress, no hassle.
