We understand that sometimes things don't work out. In the event that you wish to return or exchange your purchase, the customer is responsible to pay all costs to return the item due to item not fitting, change of mind, or incorrect ordering. Journee Collection will cover return shipping charged for damaged/defective items and incorrect shipments. Please contact [email protected] if your item is damaged/defective. Return requests must be made within two weeks (14 days) after the arrival of your purchase. Your item must be returned to us UNWORN, and in the ORIGINAL shoe box for a full refund.
