Do Not Online Shop. You Can't Trust Them.

"Not a standard shoe size. I'm a 9. 5 wide and those looked like clown shoes on me. I exchanged for a size 9 and these are still too big. I'm not sure what's up with this brand, but this is absolutely a problem with shopping online if you can't trust a brand to be consistent. What's worse, is trying to give these back for a refund, I continuously get an error, so now I'm stuck with these shoes that are not a correct size that go flying off if you walk at a normal pace."

"I have other Journee brand heels in both size 8 and 9 that fit wonderfully. These particular shoes I would have to buy an in size 11 because of how insanely painful and tight the 9M were. I think the company assumes that 1 &1/2 -2 inches of unusable space created by the pointy toe count towards the actual foot size. These shoes were clearly designed by AI or some other non functioning brain that can’t understand feet aren’t shaped like this shoe and therefore there is some unusable space that has to be accounted for when they make the sizing 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️"

You should also know it’s not a cheap or easy to return these because they are shipped in a garbage plastic wrap (so no box to return them in) and the process to get a return shipping label will cost you at least $10 and so on and so forth with the hassle of returning anything you buy online. 🙄"

Classy, elegant

"I literally received the shoes today and I have not worn them yet. However, the email asking for my review was received yesterday…. odd. So far, I can’t review the fit or comfort but the style is very nice. These will be my first pair of kitten heels which I normally don’t like; I purchased these because I am trying to re-introduce myself to heels after wearing flat sneakers for the past 6-7 months while I recuperate from hip surgery. I am hopeful these will work for me…. they’re certainly attractive enough…. . I just pray they’re comfortable!"
